You have 14 days from the day you receive your product to return it. To initiate the return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and your reason for return.
Return Conditions
The product must not be worn or washed.
All tags must still be attached.
The item must be in its original, unwashed and undamaged condition.
Please note that we do not accept returns on items that are dirty, damaged, or worn.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return standards, we will process your refund. You will receive your payment back within 14 days after we approve the return.
